UPS The fuel surcharge for UPS international air express is adjusted dynamically on a weekly basis. Historical data shows UPS international export fuel surcharge stood at 40.50% for the week of July 20, and was revised to 44.75% effective July 27. As of July 30, UPS has not issued advance notice of a fuel surcharge increase for the upcoming weekly cycle. Global jet fuel prices have fluctuated within a narrow range recently, with limited momentum for sharp hikes in the short term.

FedEx FedEx Express international air fuel surcharge follows a weekly adjustment cycle linked to U.S. Gulf Coast jet fuel spot prices, with new rates effective each Monday. At present, FedEx has not announced plans to raise its fuel surcharge for the next cycle.

DHL DHL International Express applies a monthly fuel surcharge mechanism. Updated rates take effect on the 1st day of each calendar month, calculated based on average US Gulf Coast jet fuel prices recorded two months prior. Its longer adjustment cycle creates a delayed response to short-term oil price swings. The currently applicable rate remains unchanged; official updates for next month’s surcharge are pending.
